The most recent study on Green Coffee Bean published in the Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity journal followed a group of 16 adults who supplemented with Green Coffee Extract for 12 weeks. Over the course of the study, the subjects lost an average of 17 pounds each – this was 10 percent of their overall body weight and 16 percent of their overall body fat! Header says 800 mg, but that is the dosage for 2 capsules. Genesis Today only makes 400 mg capsules, and only bottles that are 60 count.

Other than the fact that each serving is 800 mg which is actually two capsules and not one, this is the better capsule I have tried out of the two that I did take. The changes were not significant but I’m hoping the little changes I did feel in energy and appetite were not a placebo effect. Keep in mind that any capsule is not going to be pure green coffee bean extract. There are fillers in every one I have looked at. After doing the research I am pretty certain that, at the very least, there are other ingredients used as fillers in the capsules to make them 800mg.

My ultimate goal was take something for energy and craving control. Although these are subtle, they do work however I started taking a yohimbine and green tea combo and right away I could tell the difference in appetite and energy levels Yohimbine HCL 90 Capsules + Green Tea Extract 60 Capsules With FREE Pure Caffeine Powder 25 Grams. I would urge others to use caution with supplements such as yohimbine but the effects I feel are unmistakable and the results I’ve been getting are worth talking about so I would recommend it as a more intense form of green coffee bean extract.

I started taking this about 9 months ago. it took about 4 week to see and weight loss but most have been inches. I have lost 2 pant sizes and it really help over the holidays to keep me from putting on my usual 10 lbs. Over all weight loss as of today has been 20 lbs!
I take 1 30 min before breakfast and 1 30 min before lunch….on the weekend I sometimes take it before dinner
I really think this works for me I hope you get the same results

I don’t usually buy into “hoopla:, but figured I would give these a try. I am also taking Raspberry Ketones with it……………and I must say I’m cautiously optimistic. I have noticed my food cravings are WAY down and I can eat about 1/2 the food I used to ( which is way closer to appropriate portion sizes ) at meal times, and I am satisfied. When I stepped on the scale I noticed that I lost 3 lbs the first week! I will keep taking them and see what happens ~ hopefully more weight loss!

Oh and I have had NO side effects of any kind.

I did the research of products and this seems to be the best deal for “pure” Green coffee extract. Anything with fillers is not as effective meaning…waste of money.
