This product works well, but is very potent–it affects my sleep dramatically. I lost 6 pounds the first month taking it and it moved me off of a weight loss plateau I had been stuck on for a couple of months. Since finishing the bottle, I have lost an additional 4 pounds and have reached my goal weight. I would consider other products if you are sensitive to caffeine, and this probably isn’t a product you’d want to take for a long time. It is great for a jump start in helping with weight loss and workouts.

I’ve been taking this for the past 2 years. I only take it when i work out mostly for energy although if you want to burn those little love handles it works fast. I only take one 30 mins before my wrk out and it gives me a lot of energy. It’s a natural product perfect for women, I’ve never gotten sick with this, usually other fat burners have so much chemical it affect your kidnees or other organs and gives you an upset stomach.

Feeling a big difference with this one! If you are not used to taking energy supplements, then you should start by taking one pill 30 minutes before any workout. Then adjust the dose based on your body’s needs.
