My school is going to this trip. and we will all be in bathing sites and i want to look super good!!!!! So i really need to lose 10-20 pounds! Help but i don’t have money to pay for weight-loss programs or anything. Anybody’s help will be greatly appreciated =)

Do not be fooled by the above post – there is no magic pill for weight loss. eat healthy, exercise and drink lots of water. Weight-loss programs are all quick fixes and rarely last. Skip them and do the healthy thing by taking care of yourself.
I believe the best way is visiting an authority website where I found the way to lose weight fast.
They cover all topics on fat burning and provides you with advise that otherwise you would have to pay enrolling in those programs you say, but here is for free.

And how much time do you have to loose the weight? You should loose only about 1-2 pound per week. Anything higher than that can really affect your health.
- drink tons of water, ( with lemon) : while you work on your body if you put lemon in your water it makes your skin glow, and look healthier.
- maybe if you don’t live that far from school walk to to school and home from school.
- eat healthy, maybe cut off the greasy snacks and start eating healthier foods like fish and fruits.
- do work outs at your house! Just because you don’t want to go to the gym doesn’t mean you cant do crunches and stuff at home
( especially if you have Comcast on demand they have free workout videos)
- Dont stress about it either! If you stress every day and think about how you have to loose this weight it will jsut make it worse. Dont think about “loosing weight” because that will only stress you out more and can acually make you GAIN weight. =o

Losing too much weight in a short period of time is never healthy.
Also, the faster you lose weight, the faster you can gain it back.
Acai Berry might work well for you, but you must take the minimum dosage possible to decrease the chances of losing too much weight too quickly. Diet is very important. Try eating six small meals a day. Never skip breakfast as it is the most important meal. It sounds cliche but it is true. Eat carbohydrates for breakfast along with some fiber to digest the food better and increase your metabolism. You can have one cheat day a week in which you can eat what you wish, but for the other days try to decrease the amount of saturated fat that you consume as well as the amount of sodium you consume. If you don’t want to go to the gym to work out and do cardio workouts, buy a jump rope and do your own workouts at home.
Jump rope for fourty five seconds and then take a break for another fourty five seconds. Do this for twenty minutes every other day. You may not get amazing results but your weight will gradually come off.
I have tried numerous fat burning supplements on the market and I’ve seen quicker results but when I stopped taking them, the weight came right back and in some cases, I gained more than I weighed previously. Bottom line, don’t look for a quick fix
