step 1- find how many calories your body needs.
Women: = 655 + (4.35 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) – (4.7 x age in years)
Men: = 66 + (6.23 x weight in pounds) + (12.7 x height in inches) – (6.8 x age in years)
step 2- subtract 500 from that number and eat that many calories every day. (dont eat less than 1200 cal per day though)
results- you will lose 1 pound per week. 50 pounds a year. (without exercise)

I eat 10 donouts for breakfast and about 10 steak and cheese pies for lunch. I then have KFC and pizza for dinner or I might have 5 tripple cheese burgers instead. I drink about 10 litres of Cola a day and even though I do a lot of exercise I still have alot of trouble loosing weight.
