I remember doing burpees in middle school (I played sports) and it wasn’t that hard…. now I’m in highschool and I’m too busy to play sports…. God,? it’s so much harder xD I miss Basketball

the first time you do it you are gonna to be really dead but time ater time it good you can also start by doing it only 30 second and after? 3 times you do it 1 minuts it wort the pain

Start 1 mile and build up weekly to 3-4 miles, preferrably in the morning on empy stomach, will speed your metabolism.
3-4 xs per week, pounds will come off (No carbs potatoes, pasta etc at night- just big Salads, veggies, fruit, cottage cheese,? nuts and/or water etc)
Once you are getting in shape (4-6 weeks,) Id then start Bex exercises with lower raps and continue the walking. Getting In shape is a journey, not a destination, a lifestyle.
