High blood pressure and cholesterol have always been an issue in my family. With those concerns, along with my weight problem, I deiced that I needed to do something so I would be around to see my kids graduate high school. That is when I heard about Superfood Max and how it was recommended by Dr. Oz. I needed to make some serious life changes and Superfood Max was one of those changes I was making. After doing some research I saw that Superfood Max has 14 superfoods that have all been known to treat various aliments and no other pills have this combination. Not only that, Superfood Max is a cheaper and easier way to take all of these superfoods in one pills than to take them all separately. After I started taking Superfood Max I noticed rather quickly that I was starting to change, for the better. I wasn’t down in the dumps like I usually was. I actually couldn’t wait to get out of bed and start my day. That alone was enough reason to take Superfood Max. I have only been taking Superfood Max for a couple of weeks so hopefully at my doctor’s appointment next month I can see just how much my blood pressure and cholesterol are.

Many pills claim to detox you, but some have side effects like weakness, headaches or an upset stomach because of the herbs. This is a fine balance between many good foods, that alone, would cost much more and these are much more convenient. My detox went well and most times I’m sluggish and not chipper during my cleanses, but this cleanse went well and I was as good, if not better, than usual when it came to energy. Didn’t miss a single yoga class. I kept taking these even after my detox was over and I plan to stock up for the next year.

Superfood Max is an amazingly effective product. My energy levels are the highest they have ever been and my face really started to clear up. I just wish they had a 2 or 3 bottle deal.
