@Silverstarlightt ultimately she is trying to convey a message of choice…many people who suffer from weight issues don’t understand portion control to start with, but they also binge-eat, leading to weight gain… so she might not mean eat 5 apples a day, but it? would be a much better choice than binging on 5 donuts
