I think she’s going to add tips and ticks and the things she’s doing for herself as she tries to lose weight. it’s ot so much as what to eat as it is what not to eat/ drastically limit. you should eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and try to avoid fried food, processed food, chips, soda, sugary foods like cookies, cakes, etc, and white/bleached flour. when you eat carbs, you should eat whole grain. they have whole grain options for everything from bagels to pasta. also, you should aim for about 1500 calories a day, less than 40g of sugar, less than 50g of fat, 20+g of fiber, and try to get at least 50g of protein. get in some moderate to high intensity cardio 4-6 times a week for 30+ minutes and do weight or resistance training 2-3 times a week as well, like biceps curls, squats, lunges, push-ups, etc…
